Composition:

Imatib 100 contains Imatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is an analogue of STI-571.

Indications:

Imatib 100 is indicated for the treatment of:

1. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase
2. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in accelerated phase
3. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in blast crisis
4. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+)
5. Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL)

Mechanism of Action:

Imatinib works by:
