Photobloc Cream

Photobloc Cream is a topical sunscreen cream that provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. It contains a combination of active ingredients that help to prevent sunburn, premature aging, and skin damage.

Composition:

• Aqua: purified water
• Cyclopentasiloxane: a silicone-based ingredient that helps to smooth and soften the skin
• Octyl Methoxycinnamate (7%): a chemical sunscreen that helps to absorb UVB rays and prevent sunburn
• Oxybenzone (6%): a chemical sunscreen that helps to absorb UVA and UVB rays and prevent premature aging, skin damage, and skin cancer
• Octocrylene (3%): a chemical sunscreen that helps to absorb UVB rays and prevent sunburn

Mechanism of Action:

• Octyl Methoxycinnamate absorbs UVB rays and prevents sunburn
• Oxybenzone absorbs UVA and UVB rays and prevents premature aging, skin damage, and skin cancer
• Octocrylene absorbs UVB rays and prevents sunburn

Usage: Photobloc Cream is indicated for the prevention of sunburn, premature aging, and skin damage caused by UVA and UVB radiation.

Dosage: Apply Photobloc Cream liberally 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or immediately after swimming or sweating.

Recommendation:

• Use Photobloc Cream as directed and in combination with other forms of sun protection, such as clothing, hats, and sunglasses.
• Apply Photobloc Cream to all exposed areas of the skin, including the face, ears, neck, arms, and legs.
• Avoid applying Photobloc Cream to broken or irritated skin.
• If you experience any side effects, such as redness, itching, or burning sensations, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Important Note:

• Photobloc Cream may not provide complete protection against all forms of UV radiation. Other forms of sun protection should be used in combination with this product.
• Prolonged exposure to the sun can increase the risk of skin cancer, premature aging, and other skin damage. Take regular breaks in the shade and avoid excessive sun exposure.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• If you are planning to spend extended periods outdoors or in areas with high levels of UV radiation, consider using a water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

It’s also important to note that while Photobloc Cream provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays, it is still important to follow other sun safety guidelines, such as seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, and avoiding peak sun hours.
