CRINONE 8% is a progesterone vaginal gel used for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and fertility support. It provides sustained release of natural progesterone to support the endometrium (uterine lining) in women with progesterone deficiency.

Dosage & Administration
1. For Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) / Infertility:

1 applicator (90 mg) intravaginally once or twice daily, starting at embryo transfer (or as prescribed).

Continued for up to 10–12 weeks of pregnancy if successful.
2. For Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT):

1 applicator (90 mg) every other day (or daily in some cases) in combination with estrogen therapy.
How to Use:

Wash hands before use.

Insert the pre-filled applicator deep into the vagina (as instructed).

Dispose of the applicator after use.

Storage

Recommendations

May cause mild discharge (normal due to gel base).

Do not use tampons immediately after application.
