L-Asparginase, the active ingredient in Aspegic, works by:

Indications:

Aspegic is approved for the treatment of:

1. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients who have not responded to or have relapsed after other treatments.
2. Lymphoblastic lymphoma in patients who have not responded to or have relapsed after other treatments.

Dosage:

The recommended dosage of Aspegic is:

• 5000 IU/m²/day, administered as a single dose, intravenously or subcutaneously, for 5 days.
• The recommended duration of treatment is 14 days.
