Dosage:
The recommended dosage of Mitinab is:
- 400mg taken orally once daily, with food

Common side effects of Mitinab include:
- Nausea and vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
- Skin rash
- Increased risk of bleeding
- Increased risk of infections
Recommendation:
