Composition:

• Tretinoin: 0.025% w/w
• Fluocinolone Acetonide: 0.01% w/w

Mechanism of Action:

• Hydroquinone: A skin-lightening agent that reduces the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for skin color. It inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase, which is involved in melanin synthesis.

Dosage:

• Apply a thin layer of Clearz Ultra Gel to the affected areas of the skin as directed by a healthcare professional, usually once daily in the evening before bedtime.

Usage:

• Primarily used for the treatment of hyperpigmentation disorders such as melasma, age spots, and other skin discolorations. It is important to use it alongside sun protection measures (e.g., sunscreen) to prevent further pigmentation.
