CANESTEN V CREAM is a topical antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole, specifically formulated for the treatment of vaginal yeast infections (vulvovaginal candidiasis). It provides localized relief from itching, burning, and discharge associated with fungal infections.

Composition

Active Ingredient:
- Clotrimazole (2% w/w – 10 mg per 1g of cream).

Dosage & Administration

For Vaginal Yeast Infections:

Apply externally (vulvar area):
- Use 2–3 times daily for 7–14 days (or as prescribed).
Intravaginal application (if needed):
- Use with the provided applicator (insert 1 full applicator at bedtime for 3–7 days).

How to Use:

Wash hands before and after application.
Apply a thin layer to the external genital area (vulva) to relieve itching.
For internal use, fill the applicator and insert into the vagina at bedtime.
