Mechanism of Action

Dosage & Administration
For Luteal Phase Support (IVF/ART):

For Secondary Amenorrhea/Menstrual Regulation:

400 mg daily for 10 days (withdrawal bleeding expected after discontinuation).
For HRT (Postmenopausal Women on Estrogen):

200–400 mg daily for 12–14 days per month (cyclical regimen).
